Ask anyone if they would like to achieve financial freedom and most often you will hear and enthusiastic ‘YES!’

But to achieve financial freedom you must define it. Financial freedom can be any number of things to folks.

As a certified financial planner I find most people are looking for that "MONTHLY INCOME STREAM", especially if it can be a passive income.

Do a quick analysis and you see most wealthy folks have one thing in common.

They own their own business!

Does that mean everyone who starts a business achieves success? NO. But just about everyone who has achieved financial freedom did so by owning their own business.

Building a business is hard work, but so are most jobs. The difference is with a business you create 'Profit' with a job you earn wages. Rarely do wages increase -- just look at the last 20 years -- but profit can not only increase but explode.

Often people say they want the 'Security' of a job--that guaranteed 'Paycheck'. Think about this for just a moment. There is no guarantee in a job. Security comes from the person not the Job!

So can someone with lots of desire but little money start a business?

I recommend internet businesses to clients everyday!! Because:

• they cost peanuts to build
• the skills needed can be learned by anyone & in most cases you already have most of the knowledge you need
• of all industries only internet sales increased during the downturn
